What Are Neuroplastic Symptoms?

Neuroplastic symptoms are real physical symptoms generated or amplified by learned brain and nervous system pathways.

That doesn't mean symptoms are imagined, exaggerated, or "all in your head."

It means the brain can sometimes become stuck in patterns of protection that continue producing pain, digestive symptoms, fatigue, dizziness, headaches, and other symptoms long after the original trigger has passed.

The encouraging news is that these learned patterns can be unlearned and in many cases, chronic symptoms can fully resolve. Understanding the common ways that neuroplastic symptoms present is one of the 1st steps to retraining the brain and reclaiming your life.

• Common personality traits and nervous system patterns

• The role of fear, hypervigilance, and symptom monitoring

• Why symptoms can persist even when the body has healed

• Signs that a brain-body approach may be worth exploring

A Gentle Reminder

This assessment is not intended to diagnose, treat, or rule out any medical condition.

Instead, it's designed to help you identify patterns commonly seen in people whose symptoms are being influenced by learned brain and nervous system processes.

Many of the people I work with initially had no idea that a neuroplastic cause could apply to their symptoms.

This assessment is simply an opportunity to become curious.
