Let's get your life back

Have you been told your symptoms are structural, permanent, or something you just have to manage?

Here’s the truth: the explanation you were given was incomplete

and the part you weren’t told changes everything.

If you’ve been living with chronic pain, fatigue, dizziness, IBS, or migraines and nothing has helped - you’re not broken and you’re not at a dead end. Your symptoms are real. And healing is absolutely possible.

Retrain to Reclaim

A mind–body approach to nervous system retraining and healing chronic symptoms

Retrain to Reclaim is a 1:1 coaching program that helps you retrain your brain and nervous system to resolve chronic pain and other persistent symptoms - and reclaim the parts of life

that pain, illness, or fear made you doubt were still possible.

That means having the energy to move through your day without dragging yourself from task to task, and returning to the movement, fitness, or recreational activities you once loved—without fear of flares. It means reaching new goals with your body, your career, or your creativity because you’re no longer sidelined by symptoms, and being able to keep plans, show up for social events, and reconnect with people you love. It looks like saying goodbye to the isolation, hypervigilance, and second-guessing that chronic symptoms so often create, and no longer organizing your life around symptoms but around joy, purpose, and choice. And ultimately, it means feeling more like you—not ruled by fear, not walking on eggshells, but alive, self-led, and whole.

Utilizing tools grounded in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and mind-body healing, this work doesn’t just help you feel better—it helps you build a new relationship with your body and your life.

If reading this feels familiar, you’re in the right place.

This program is for you if:

  • You live with chronic symptoms that haven’t responded to other treatments—pain, fibromyalgia, fatigue/PEM, migraines, IBS, dizziness or mysterious symptoms no one can explain

  • You’ve started to lose trust in your body and feel stuck in patterns of fear, bracing, or avoidance

  • You feel like you’re in constant survival mode, unsure how to calm your system or feel like yourself again

  • You’ve been told "everything looks fine" but still feel like something is deeply off

  • You suspect your symptoms might be tied to stress, trauma, or emotions—but you don't know how to begin untangling it

  • You want a science-backed, compassionate approach that treats you like a whole person—not a list of symptoms

  • You're open to a new perspective and ready to explore healing with the guidance, tools, and support to make it feel safe and doable

  • You want support from someone who’s lived this work—someone who’s been through chronic symptoms themselves, done the healing, and knows the way forward

Let’s explore what life could feel like when your symptoms no longer run the show.

What Clients Experience

Heidi: Chronic pain ruled her life—until she learned what was really driving it.

“I came to Laura with years of neck and back pain that disrupted my sleep and daily life, plus fatigue, headaches, POTS, IBS, and flares that made life feel overwhelming and unpredictable. I couldn’t exercise without pain and POTS symptoms setting me back for days. Three months in, my symptoms are way down, I’m sleeping through the night, and I’m starting to exercise again without fear. But what’s surprised me most is how much more connected I feel, to myself and others. I’m learning to actually pay attention to my body’s cues, to feel and express my emotions instead of pushing them down, and to be more real in my relationships. For the first time in a long time, I feel like me again—more hopeful, more grounded, and like I can actually trust my body.”
— Heidi

Megan: When the doctors ran out of answers, she almost gave up.

“I had been living with dizziness for over 2 years. I saw every specialist and tried every exercise and therapy with no clear answers and no real relief. The last neurologist I consulted said my symptoms were likely stress-related, but he didn’t offer much guidance for how to work with that. I’m so glad I found this program. It helped me finally understand what was happening in my nervous system and how my brain was involved. The breathwork, nervous system regulation tools, and somatic tracking were incredibly helpful—and I started noticing changes after just a few sessions. I had started to believe I might feel off-kilter forever, but I’m so glad I didn’t give up. My dizziness is gone, and I can
move again without fear.”
— Megan

You don’t have to keep guessing what’s wrong or piecing together your healing on your own. Let’s explore what might finally help.

Why Traditional Treatments Often Fall Short

Most conventional treatments focus on physical interventions or symptom management—like medication, diet, manual therapy, exercises or even surgery. But these approaches
often miss a critical piece of the puzzle:

The brain and nervous system play a central role in all pain and sensation. That doesn’t mean your pain is “all in your head.” It means your pain - and other chronic symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, or IBS - may be the result of a learned protective response in your nervous system.

When the brain becomes conditioned to interpret normal signals as dangerous, it can keep the body stuck in cycles of tension, discomfort, and fear—even long after the original injury or trigger is gone.

This is what we call neuroplastic symptoms: real, physical symptoms generated and reinforced by the brain’s learned neural pathways of protection. They're far more common than most people realize—and they are highly changeable.

In fact, imaging studies show that chronic pain activates different parts of the brain than acute pain—particularly areas involved in threat detection, emotion, and memory (like the amygdala and prefrontal cortex).

And here’s the empowering part: Just as the brain can learn to amplify or even create symptoms, it can also learn safety and turn off pain signals.

When we give the nervous system new inputs, interpretations, and experiences of safety, the brain can build new pain-free pathways that restore comfort, freedom, and self-trust. That’s exactly what Retrain to Reclaim is designed to help you do.

Curious if neuroplastic healing could apply to your symptoms? I’d love to help bring clarity and explore what’s possible.

A Brain-Body Approach That Works at the Root

Retrain to Reclaim doesn’t treat you like a broken machine. It’s a science-backed, deeply personalized approach that helps you understand your symptoms through a new lens—and gives you the tools to resolve them for good.

This work combines:

  •  Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to build safety and awareness and retrain the brain’s threat response so you can significantly reduce or fully resolve your chronic symptoms

  • Breathwork and body-based practices to reinforce safety and build nervous system resilience so you can navigate the inevitable flux of life with more grace and confidence

  • Emotional awareness and expression to unlock deeper healing

  • Personalized health and lifestyle coaching for holistic support to boost energy, resilience, and recovery

Imagine if you could move through your day without fear of flares, return to the fitness and recreational activities you love, reconnect with joy, ease, and possibility, and shift from survival mode into a life that actually feels good. That’s what this program is designed to help you do.
