I Help People Recover From Chronic Pain and Symptoms When Nothing Else Has Worked.

Using a holistic, brain-based approach that goes
beyond symptom management.

Do your pain or symptoms shift without warning? Maybe some days are manageable, while others completely derail your plans. You've likely tried physical therapy, medications, bodywork, specialists and some things helped temporarily, but nothing stuck. And some days

it feels like you're organizing your entire life around

what your body might do next.

Here's what I want
you to know:

Your experience is real and you're not imagining what's happening in your body. And there's a missing piece most practitioners overlook.

Your brain and nervous system.

Chronic pain and symptoms aren't always a sign that something is structurally wrong with your body.

Most chronic pain is actually driven by protective patterns

in the brain and nervous system that can become stuck after injury, illness, prolonged stress, or years of pushing through more than any one person should have to.

When that happens, the brain continues sending danger signals, even when the body itself is safe. Which means lasting relief may not come from another physical treatment. It comes from retraining the system perpetuating the symptoms.

In my 4-month program, Retrain to Reclaim, I guide people through the process of retraining the brain and nervous system so that chronic symptoms can finally resolve, not just temporarily quiet down.

What Clients are Saying

"After 20+ years of constant jaw pain and only temporary relief, I've had almost no jaw pain for 3 weeks straight."

Haley

"This has been life changing for me. I knew coming into this that it was going to be beneficial, I just didn't know that it would be so eye-opening."

Heidi

"I had started to believe I might feel off-kilter forever, but my dizziness is gone and I can move again without fear."

Megan

"This was hands down the most healing massage I’ve ever had in my life. Laura is very intuitive and my back and hip pain feel so much better after this massage."

Keisha

Chronic Symptoms I Commonly Help Clients Resolve

  • chronic pain (neck, back, joints, fibromyalgia)

  • chronic fatigue and post-viral symptoms

  • migraines, tension headaches and jaw pain

  • IBS and digestive symptoms

  • dizziness and vertigo

If you don’t see your exact symptom listed, that’s okay.

Many of the patterns I work with show up across different diagnoses and labels.

Wondering if this approach could help your symptoms?

Does This Sound Familiar?

The conversations I have with clients often sound like this...

You wake up scanning your body before your feet hit the floor, checking for the pain or telltale symptoms that tell you what kind of day it's going to be.

You've tried several treatments, diets, therapies and protocols. Things help for a while. Then the symptoms creep back, and you're left wondering if this is just how life is now.

You find yourself doing the math before everything. Should I lift this? Eat that? Go on that hike? Make those plans? You're constantly calculating what your body might allow today and what it might make you pay for tomorrow.

Some days feel almost normal. Then something shifts: stress, a long day at work, a meal or nothing you can identify and you're back to canceling plans and explaining yourself again.

You've received diagnoses, test results, and different explanations from different practitioners, yet no one has been able to fully explain the unpredictability of your symptoms or why they continue to have such a grip on your life.

You don't just want relief. You want to stop feeling like you're constantly managing your body and start feeling free in it again.

If these words feel familiar, you're in the right place.

What you're experiencing is more common than you might think,

and it makes more sense than you've been led to believe.

Your experience is real. You're not imagining it, exaggerating it, or failing at healing.

There may simply be a piece of the puzzle that no one has explained to you yet. One that could change the way you understand your body, your symptoms, and what's possible for your recovery.

Is There a Missing Piece to Your Recovery?

For many people living with chronic symptoms, the brain and nervous system turn out to be an important part of the puzzle.

While every situation is unique, people who respond well to mind-body and nervous system retraining often recognize several of the following:

• Your symptoms began during a stressful period of life, or persisted long after an injury or illness should have healed.

• Your symptoms move, spread, fluctuate, or seem inconsistent from day to day.

• Stress, pressure, fear, or hypervigilance tend to make symptoms worse, while enjoyable activities, connection, or being fully engaged can temporarily reduce them.

• You identify with traits like perfectionism, people-pleasing, high achievement, excessive responsibility, worry, or self-criticism.

• You have a history of anxiety, depression, trauma, childhood adversity, or prolonged periods of stress.

These patterns don't mean your symptoms are imagined. They don't mean the symptoms are "all in your head."

They simply suggest that your brain and nervous system may be playing a larger role than you've been led to believe.

Curious how many of these patterns apply to you?

Meet Laura

I know what it's like to feel at odds with your body.

For years, I lived with chronic neck and back pain, headaches, and recurring symptoms that shaped my choices, limited my confidence, and left me constantly second-guessing my body. Like many of my clients, I spent years searching for answers, trying different therapies, and wondering if my body would ever truly heal.

Everything clicked when I discovered the role the brain and nervous system can play in chronic symptoms. Through nervous system retraining and neuroplastic healing, I was able to fully recover from years of chronic pain and reclaim trust in my body.

Today, I draw on both my personal recovery and more than a decade of experience as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, and chronic symptom recovery coach to help others understand their symptoms through a new lens, rebuild trust in their bodies, and reclaim the freedom, vitality, and joy that chronic symptoms often take away.

Testimonials

" When I started coaching with Laura, I had been having neck pain and headaches for over a year. The neck pain was progressively getting worse and I was worried it wouldn’t go away. Laura is very insightful and helped me to connect all of the threads contributing to my pain. Work stress, especially when driving to and from all of my client appointments is my biggest trigger and my breakthrough came when I started doing somatic tracking while driving. Laura has also helped me to slow down and work on my mindset around feeling rushed and short on time. My neck pain significantly reduced after 4 sessions, it’s no longer a daily nuisance and I’m so grateful."

She incorporates a variety of techniques depending on what is needed in your body - and believe me - She will know! I ALWAYS feel amazing after a session with her and her skilled hands - both relaxed yet holding an energized glow that lasts for days. Life is SO much better with Laura's skilled talent for reparative body work!"

Julie

“I had been living with dizziness for over 2 years. I saw every specialist and tried every exercise and therapy with no clear answers and no real relief. The last neurologist I consulted said my symptoms were likely stress-related, but he didn’t offer much guidance for how to work with that. I’m so glad I found this program. It helped me finally understand what was happening in my nervous system and how my brain was involved. The breathwork, nervous system regulation tools, and somatic tracking were incredibly helpful and I started noticing changes after just a few sessions. I had started to believe I might feel off-kilter forever, but I’m so glad I didn’t give up. My dizziness is gone, and I can
move again without fear.”
